Quarantine Easter Tablescape Tips

April 9, 2020

Even though our Easter celebrations may look a little different this year, we’re still here to help you create an at home Easter look that is to dye for. We know you are probably trying not to go off the peep end and are ready for a change in scenery, so we’re giving you some tips to create the perfect quarantine Easter tablescape from items you likely have at home.

We know you’re egg-cited and we’ve got so many tips, downloads (and Easter puns) it’s not even bunny. Let’s hop to it.

Tip 1- Stack It, Sis.

  • Add dimension to your tablescape by incorporating mixed china + flatware– the more pattern, the better.
  • If you do not have chargers, you can pair your dinner plate with a salad plate, using the larger dinner plate as a charger. You can also layer a small glass plate on top of a larger solid plate with greens in between to create a fun, spring feel.

Tip 2- Up Your Napkin Game

  • Napkin rings are a fun way to dress up your cloth or linen without a lot of extra work . If you don’t have napkin rings, have fun with mixing in your jewelry. From bangles to hoop earrings you can use all of your favorite accessories to make a statement.
  • If you do not have cloth or linen napkins, add texture to your standard white paper napkin, by simply fringing the edges with scissors.

Tip 3 – Curate a Centerpiece

  • One way to add design and depth to your tablescape is to bring in items from your home that you already own and love! Gather vases you have throughout your home and place them through the center of your table, (try to find vases of varying heights, shapes and sizes). Other unlikely objects can include fresh or dried floral or Easter eggs!
