For the first Supper Club of the new year, this multi-course dining experience filled with creative flavors and textures set in the beautiful surroundings of the Hill Country overlooking Onion Creek will take place at Camp Lucy’s Whit’s Inn on April 18th from 6:30 to 9 pm. Each course will be paired with a different William + Chris Vineyard wine creating a perfect marriage of food and vino.
Whit’s Inn with its rustic charm is the perfect backdrop for guests to interact with Whim Hospitality Executive Chef, Rob McMahon along with representatives from William + Chris Vineyards as they guide guests through each wine pairing.
Chef Rob worked in fine dining restaurants for the first few years of his culinary career before working as a Catering Chef and Garde Manger Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, and attended Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Rhode Island and graduated Summa cum Laude with an Associates in Culinary Arts. Falling in love with the culinary world Chef Rob has been working in catering for over 25 years.
William + Chris farm about 40 acres all over Texas including Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Tannat. Mourvedre and Trebbiano Toscano. They are a family owned, super premium, boutique winery focused on hand crafted Texas wine.
